A commitment to innovation and strategy
Greenspace Legal is a boutique law firm for founders and operators in Central Florida—practical counsel for starting, scaling, and solving real-world problems.

About
Jeffrey Gitto is a business owner turned attorney who provides practical, business-focused counsel to entrepreneurs and industry leaders across Florida. As the founder of Green Space Legal PLLC, he draws on two decades of hands-on experience building companies and solving real-world problems to guide clients through every stage of growth. Jeff has successfully practiced in aquisitions, public vehicles, hospitality and real estate development, agriculture and water law, and tech startups, giving him a rare cross-industry perspective. Jeff’s unique background sets him apart. Before becoming a lawyer, he patented an invention and started and operated several companies – and after graduation, many more, including a vineyard and an agricultural genetics venture – learning first-hand what keeps owners up at night. Now, he uses that insight to demystify legal hurdles so clients can focus on building their business. Whether it’s forming a new startup, navigating permits and zoning for a development, structuring an international agribusiness deal, or protecting a tech entrepreneur’s IP, Jeff has the experience to translate complex regulations into practical next steps. He also remains on the cutting edge of emerging fields – from artificial intelligence to the legal aspects of biotechnology and agricultural innovation – ensuring clients in these niche areas get informed guidance grounded in real-world know-how
